GramPanchayat Department – 15th Finance Commission

As per Government Resolution No. Panvia-2020/P.No.59/Finance-4 dated 26 June 2020, the 15th Finance Commission has been implemented with a 50-50 split between tied and untied grants. Distribution: 80% at Gram Panchayat level, 10% at Panchayat Samiti level, and 10% at Zilla Parishad level. The first installment was released in 2020-21. Funds must be spent on works from the “Our Village, Our Development Plan” as per GR dated 14 June 2021.
