GramPanchayat Department – Our Village, Our Development Plan

As per GR dated 4 November 2015, every Gram Panchayat must prepare a 5-year master plan and an annual development plan. The plan must be approved by the Gram Sabha, technically verified by the Panchayat Samiti, and administratively sanctioned by the Gram Panchayat. Implementing department issues the work order. All works and expenditures must be entered into the government-developed “Plan-Plus” software.
