Based on 100-mark questionnaire evaluating performance of Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, and Zilla Parishad. Best performing and innovative Gram Panchayats receive awards under this scheme. As per GR dated 26 September 2018, all relevant work data must be submitted on the government portal.
